Service: The provision of skip hire, including delivery and collection.

Booking and Orders

Reservations

To reserve a skip, clients must provide accurate information regarding the type and size of the skip required, as well as the delivery location and desired rental period.

Payment Terms

All bookings require a deposit upon reservation, with the balance due upon delivery. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is mandatory before the collection of the skip.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery Times

Skips will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. We strive to adhere to our schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.

Conditions for Collection

Skips will be collected once the rental period expires or when the client requests earlier collection. The skip must be emptied of all contents and left on the designated property.

Use of Skip

Permitted Use:

  • Household waste
  • Garden waste
  • Construction debris

Prohibited Items:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals)
  • Electrical appliances
  • Medical waste

Clients are responsible for ensuring that no prohibited items are disposed of in the skip. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or legal action.

Responsibility and Liability

Clients must ensure that the placement of the skip does not obstruct public pathways or violate local regulations. Morden Skip Hire is not liable for any damage caused by the placement of the skip. It is the client's responsibility to secure any necessary permits.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

Insurance

Morden Skip Hire holds liability insurance to cover accidental damage during the delivery and collection of skips. Clients are advised to check their own insurance policies for coverage related to skip placement and use.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Morden Skip Hire operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

Changes to Terms

Morden Skip Hire reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through the contact information provided at the time of booking.
